Main floor of a historic house in Havelock. Completely renovated, fully stocked and brand-new appliances! Easy access to plenty of free parking. (One spot in alley driveway reserved for basement tenant.) Smart TVs, blackout shades/curtains, laundry area, fenced yard, security cameras at entry of doors/garage, coded entry locks on back/front doors. House is not childproofed. I will not be responsible for accidents. No smoking/vaping in the home. You may sit on the porch/patio area and smoke.

Enjoy historic charm close to UNL and downtown. This garden-level apartment with its own entrance is walking distance to delightful coffee shops and cafes. Modern kitchenette with stovetop, microwave, and air fryer oven will allow you to prepare quick meals. Entire apartment has been remodeled in 2023 and is clean and fresh. The space is a little tight for four grown adults, but it’s great for a family with kids. Sofa pulls out to a full-sized bed, perfect for kids or teens.
