Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. The bathroom is just a three steps from the room and we provide bathrobes for your convenience. You are welcome to the kitchen & fridge, private swimming pool, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Smartphone navigation will guide you to our address easily and with accuracy. We are less than 10 mins from the airport. Our house is pet-free and we are non smokers.

This spacious (1,898 square foot) mid-century home was extensively renovated in 2010. Modern conveniences were added while maintaining original vintage details. Features include: -French Doors -Recessed Lighting -Stainless Steel Kitchen Appliances -Gas Range -Granite Countertops and Glass Tile Backsplash -White Subway Tile in Bathrooms -Gorgeous Desert Landscaping -Spacious Front and Back Yard Patios with Views of Camelback Mountain The home also features a detached studio office/game room in the back yard with French door entry and a a separate A/C unit. It is the perfect place to entertain. Earliest check-in time is 3PM. Guests will be able to let themselves inside with a lockbox code when they arrive. Call or text and I will respond as soon as possible. You cannot beat this location! Enjoy the luxury of a single-family home in the heart of the Old Town buzz. The home is within walking distance of Scottsdale Stadium (SF Giants Spring Training) and less than one mile from Fashion Square Mall. The Phoenix Metro area is rather spread out so it will be best to have a vehicle for your stay. However, when you are in Old Town there are several bus lines available and a FREE seasonal trolley.

This is a comfortable home-base for trips to Tucson, Flagstaff, Sedona, the Grand Canyon, or a short drive to A.S.U. and downtown Tempe. The photos of the interior may not do the dimensions justice.
