What a lovely gem! This apartment provided us with just enough room and comfort. We will be staying here when we are back in St. John’s

I've always had great experiences with the places I've booked, and Clovis's was no different. His home is in a fantastic location. You can walk down to Kenmount Road and check out the stores, restaurants etc. The check-in instructions couldn't be more clear. The apartment is exactly as described. Very clean and everything you need for a "home away from home" stay. I was very comfortable. Clovis is responsive and will make sure you're looked after. Honestly the only issue I had during my stay was initially trying to figure out how to switch between the 2 TV remotes! :) Messaged Clovis and he came down right away to show me. One minor/not an issue point: On occasion, you can hear some footsteps but to me that's normal for an apartment in a house. I give Clovis's place my HIGHEST recommendation. Thanks!

Private entry with available parking. They also got washer and dryer which is convenient especially if you're traveling for a while. Would have loved to stay longer but it was great even for a short stay if you're from out of town and want somewhere to stay when arriving from a flight trip. Pristine rental and comfortable bed too so we had our much needed rest.

What a perfect spot! A beautiful, quiet neighbourhood. Ideally located for easy transportation to anywhere in the city. So cozy, clean, with all the touches of home! Thoughtfully appointed, with things I hadn’t even thought I’d appreciate! And the best part? I slept like a ROCK in the comfortable bed! Thank you Lori, for the wonderful stay, and for banishing the snow! Haha we will recommend to our friends and we will be back! ❤️

Our stay at Gail’s place was outstanding. The place was as advertised and a perfect location. Gail was a very friendly and considerate host who went out of her way to grind us some of her special coffee beans for breakfast and also let us have a late checkout. Would highly recommend her place and look forward to staying with her again.

We ended our trip with a couple nights here and it was lovely. Staying on Jelly Bean Row was so charming, the bed was comfortable and we got to do a couple loads of laundry which was super appreciated! Robert was very responsive and provides everything you could need. The location was super convenient to walk to so many things nearby! I’d recommend Post Master’s bakery very nearby and the Newfoundland Donut Co for sweet treats - both were amazing. Thanks Robert!

My husband and I had a long-term stay at Karen's place while our own home was undergoing renovations. Karen and Shane were outstanding hosts. The location was wonderful. Their place was beautiful and we felt right at home. If we decide to have further renos in the future, we'll definitely stay there again.

Amazing and original St. John’s row house. Spectacular to view and stay in. LOVED the Harry Potter door under the stairs that brings you to a massive basement space/bedroom. My daughter lived down there the whole time ❤️

This is a beautiful house in St. John's beautiful downtown. Everything you'd need is a short walk away, and Nicole was very helpful in ensuring we had a great stay.

A great place to relax inside and out after a day of moving, perfect for cooking a nice meal. The beds and linin were excellent. The industrial sized freezer was great for us Costco shoppers! The location was ideal for walking to Quidi Vidi park or downtown, Rennie's River trail is a minute away. Doris was swift in responding to any request. I'll be back!

This was our second time staying at Amanda’s place, and it was exactly how we remembered it with all the amenities to feel right at home. Very comfortable beds and nicely decorated. Super clean and free of clutter. We’ll stay again on our next visit.
