I am renting this pleasant house in the heart of Touraine. You can rest and have fun there. Spacious and suitable for a large family or a group of friends. Very nice for 12-17 people. 6 bedrooms and 12 beds: 5 double beds, 7 single beds + 2 cots without mattresses + a mini playpen. 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets. Swimming pool: 8x5m heated from 06/01 to 09/15, underwater bike, jacuzzi, TV, treadmill, darts, pinball machine, foosball, 2 bar arcade games, ping pong, floor hockey, badminton… and the garden.

Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. In the city center of the village of Maillé (Maison du Souvenir) close to the train station, access to Tours in 30 minutes, this ideally located house will allow you to make many visits (castles, futuroscope, Beauval Zoo, walks, hikes and troglodyte valleys less than 1 hour away). Access is facilitated by the fact that it is located an 8-minute drive from exit 25 of Highway A 10.
