Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Welcome to our cozy farmhouse from 1870, only 14 km from the Town Hall Square and with a bus from the door directly to the metro. We are a family of six with horses and chickens, and here you get rural tranquility, nature and fresh air close to the city's culture and shopping. The home is ideal for families, couples and friends. We keep it clean, quiet and smoke-free. We appreciate guests who show consideration for the place and the animals. I vårt hus, västra skolan på ön Hven, finns en separat gästdel som vi gärna hyr ut till dig. Gästdelen har egen låsbar entré och egen uteplats. Den är ca 20 kvm och består av ett rum med en våningssäng, 120 samt 90 cm breda sovplatser samt ett pentry. En toalett med handfat samt ett separat duschrum med bastu. Huset ligger centralt på ön i Tuna by, nära affären och flera av öns krogar men ändå i ett lugnt och lite avsides läge med öppna fält framför uteplatsen. Lakan och handdukar ingår.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Here is room for 2 people with a large room with double bed, dining area and open kitchen with burner and the possibility of light cooking. In addition, there is a nice little bathroom with underfloor heating and a shower. The house is perfect for a romantic get-away or as a writing den if you need peace and quiet a few days for contemplation.
