Built in the early 1940's, this cozy 1 room lodge is just the place to get away from it all. Great room is open concept containing double bed (which is a murphy bed!), a twin daybed, kitchen, living area w/ TV, dining. Laundry, bunk bedroom, and bathroom are located off of the main room. Property owners live on adjoining lots. 2 adults/2 kids ideal.

The Magical Cabin on Back Creek

Built in 1939 as a fishing cabin by a gentleman who incorporated box cars as rafters and beams, dates still visible since removing the attic. By far the best place I've ever lived. I decided to share it with others who love to explore, who love listening to the voice of the creek or who come just to sit on the porch high above the creek with a spouse, friend, family, or alone. There is something for everyone at the Cabin at Riverview. Go tubing on the river or hike nearby Buffalo Mountain. Or take advantage of all the cozy indoor spaces we’ve created for relaxing (or reading or puzzling or playing a game). Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

Modern Cabin w/ Hot Tub - Romantic Retreat

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023). For larger groups, check out the guest house next door (Airbnb: Guest House on Homestead near Floyd/Blacksburg). ~10 miles to Floyd, ~20 miles to Blacksburg, ~35 miles to Roanoke.
