This unique one-bedroom apartment is located right on the water, with a private beach and a million-dollar view of the horizon and the Elafiti Islands. Only if you would be on a boat, you would actually be closer to the sea. You literally only need ten steps from your bedroom to get to the sea. The terrace is ideal for lazy sunny days, as it is just inches from the sea and has plenty of space for sunbathing. The historical old center of Dubrovnik is 4 kilometers away and it is easily accessible.

Our apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood of Lapad, known for its friendly atmosphere. Mornings are calm, with birds chirping. Just a short walk away is the scenic Lapad promenade with Marina Frapa, cafés, restaurants. Also nearby is Uvala Lapad and a beach with amazing sunsets. A seaside walking path in front of the apartment leads to beautiful beaches like Mandrac, Copacabana, and Coral Beach. The area is safe, quiet, and well connected to the Old Town by bus line 6 (4.5 km away).
