Centuries old little house in the historic Dubrovnik displays two charming, nicely furnished and newly redecorated bedrooms, sleeping four persons. The downstairs entrance area features a brand new, fully equipped kitchen with the adjacent sitting area, that can be used as a reading or a TV room when waiting for your partner to wake up or to show up nicely dressed for a concert, all together making it one intimate place for your holidays in Dubrovnik.

House is located 2 minutes (250 meters -114 stairs) walking distance from "Pile" - entrance to the Old Town; where the main local public bus station is situated. From nearest road (Zagrebacka Ulica) house is located 160 meters (85 stairs). Public Garage is 500 meters away.

Apartment VEMA is located in a beautiful quiet part of Dubrovnik, only 750 m (12 minutes walking distance) from the center of the Old Town, cable car and Banje beach. You can take bus number 3 from the Old Town to the bus stop "Magistral 1" which is located 50m from the apartment. The closest restaurant, caffe bars, and supermarkets are 200m away.

My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The apartment is part of a house which consists of three apartments overall, MORE, SUNCE, and NEBO, as well as the lobby and swimming pool area.
