My mom didn't want to travel far on her birthday but at the same time, I wanted her to spend it in a different environment. It was my priority to make her feel comfortable. I found this listing online and got interested because the place was decent in the eye. It was also near our home. Although it was only a few hours and we didn't get to spend the night because we decided to go home, Jennibeth was still kind in allowing me to host a simple intimate birthday dinner at her place. Thank you Jennibeth for the accommodation, you're such a wonderful host and I truly love the place. It was not short of what she described. My mom enjoyed her birthday and we got to spend it with the family conveniently and peacefully without having to leave the city. I highly recommend the place to anyone who's looking for a short weekend getaway, solo or with company. It's a good place to relax if spending time in peace is something you do to restore. Thank you!

I don’t think there is a comparable place anywhere in Pagadian. I had to entertain my wife’s large family and we had the perfect venue for it. It felt safe with a guard, gated entry, and the house itself was gated. Hot showers and cable TV were bonuses. We were able to cook and do laundry, and Karen and her brother went out of their way to make sure that we were happy, even arranging a private van for airport pickup, a trip to the grocery store, and to pick up my wife’s parents an hour away (for a reasonable fee). We had everything we needed and our stay was perfect. Thank you!

Its beyond the owners control but renters should know that there is a scarcity of water. The owners already put drums of water there so its okay that there is a storage of water. They are good people. I like them . kudos to that. Location is very steep, People will have a great difficulty of walking to the place so I suggest to ride bao bao to their place. AC is just inside the room. And CR ventilation is inside the room as well. I hope they could improve with whole house AC and Working Flush and everything would be even better! I got what I paid for. Its an okay place, But Improvement is still there.

This was a terrific getaway and was conveniently located close to everything we needed, including Jollibee within easy walking distance. Cicelia was an excellent host—always responsive, helpful, and incredibly nice. The space was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning kept us comfortable, and the kitchen was very well-equipped. The WiFi was reliable and fast. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pagadian City. Cicelia's hospitality made our stay extra special, and we look forward to returning in the future!

I've had the pleasure to stay in this unit i guess 6 times. I feel at home here. I could live here. Nice and safe neighborhood. Has a nice peek a boo view off the back bedroom. Only negative is occasional barking dogs..usually in the AM. Host and her staff do an amazing job. Note: They use a mattress pad cover as a sheet.. but if that concerns you just ask for sheets which they'll glady supply. Home away from home 😇

El and I had an absolutely delightful stay at The Happy House in Pagadian City. The location was perfect, as it was always easy to get a tuktuk into town by just walking down the hill. We loved being close to Greenhouse 22 Fishing Station & Restaurant, which offered a wonderful atmosphere and a great menu. The karaoke machine was a fantastic addition—we had so much fun with it! James and his helpers were incredible hosts, always attentive and helpful. The pool was a lovely place to relax, and El's niece and nephew had an absolute blast in it. The vibe of the house is airy and open, with plenty of space and natural light. We appreciated having a kitchen to cook some delicious meals and adored the potted plants along the back wall. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was sublime, thanks to James' great tip. The Internet/WiFi speeds were excellent, making our stay even more convenient. The house was clean and fresh, providing a very comfortable stay. Marami salamat po!
