Great place for a lot of people or a large family.

The stay was very pleasant, Stefan's house is very nice and attention to detail, and is located inside a ranch where horses and sheep graze. The outdoor space is also equipped, you can cook and have lunch under the porch, in the garden surrounded by hedges you can sunbathe. This place is an oasis surrounded by nature. The hydromising bathtub at our disposal is also very much appreciated.

We were so grateful for Dario’s help during our stay over Easter. He and his wife were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They were flexible and even ordered our takeout for us as there was a language barrier. The kitchen had everything we needed as a family of 10. The set up of the rooms was perfect for a girls room and a boys room where the cousins could spend quality time together and make memories to last a lifetime. The train is close by and takes 23min to get to Venice. What a beautiful day we had there! Thank you to Dario and family for welcoming us so kindly!

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. A great stay just outside of Venice, for those wanting somewhere quieter than the city itself!

We had a great time in Mirjam's apartment. When we arrived everything was as described and very clean and homey. We immediately loved it. The view from the big balcony is unique and beautiful, on the other balcony we could also see the sea but with a little more shade. So all in all everything was perfect and we would love to come again! Thank you so much ❤️

Our stay was very nice and relaxed. The hosts were very helpful and super nice to always reach quickly. The hot tub was our highlight.

Fully equipped, spacious accommodation with everything you need - even for a longer stay - (dishwasher, washing machine, ...). In addition, there is a large garden with barbecue, nice and quiet. A large supermarket is about two, the sea five minutes walking - convenient and convenient. We felt very comfortable, and Ivan was a wonderful, accommodating host.

I was with our dog "Filou" in September for 12 nights at Tamara's, or her parents. We were very warmly received, came to a very clean and lovingly furnished apartment right next to the pool. The enclosed property on which I was also allowed to park the car was pleasant. Centrally located to easily reach everything, supermarket, beach and restaurants which were recommended to me by Stjepan. We felt so comfortable and would be happy to come back :)

Peaceful oasis in the heart of it all!! From the moment you enter the gate, to the moment you turn the corner to the flat....it takes your breath away. Beautiful, peaceful luxury, almost unreal for the location. The flat is beautiful, spotless and well appointed with absolutely everything you could possibly need for two persons. The outdoor space is the star for sure. Peaceful, comfortable and a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the old town. A place to kick back with a glass of wine and listen to nature all around you, stunningly beautiful. The fact that you have use of bikes was such a bonus as the waterfront just begs for you to explore. We were truly grateful to have the bikes and navigate the park and beaches so close to the flat.....remarkable add on!! I recently stayed at Celestina's Airbnb and had a wonderful experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the lovely pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the serene surroundings. The street was nice and quiet, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Celestina herself was a fantastic host, always attentive and welcoming. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway.

Anna's place was perfect for our group. I only wish we could communicate better (there was an English/German language barrier), but she was very friendly and the place is within a 15 min drive of many different kinds of beaches. You will need a car, it is not a place where you can walk to much, but it's in a quiet community. The pool was wonderful, and the A/C's kept us very cool

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and peaceful house surrounded by nature. It’s private, well-kept, dog friendly and the pool was a great bonus. The host was super friendly, responsive, and gave us excellent local recommendations. We’d love to come back!

Klaus' villa was an absolute dream and exceeded our expectations – it is not only as pictured, but even more beautiful! You can feel the attention to detail in every corner, the terrace, the beautiful garden and the magnificent pool are pure relaxation. The outdoor kitchen with the charcoal grill completes the experience perfectly! Klaus is a fantastic host – always available and super friendly. The personal welcome and the extensive information folder full of great tips were just great. The garden is completely fenced, which was ideal for our energetic dog. Privacy was well protected thanks to the hedges and fences. Cepljani is the perfect base! Rovinj, Porec and Novigrad are easily accessible, and Umag is only 5 minutes away. We especially recommend the pizzeria in Babici – Klaus' tip was spot on! Dear Klaus, thank you for this wonderful time! We sincerely hope to return soon! 😊

Our vacation in this house was just great. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. The pool is great and is cleaned daily. The terraces offer plenty of space and are all great. The house is exactly as described. All things, such as soap, sponges, oil and much more are new. It all looked like no one had ever been there. Everything was very clean and you feel right at home. Just beautiful. The area is quiet, but you can get everywhere quickly by car. In the village there is a small stand that always has fresh fruit and vegetables. It's worth supporting. But the best part is the landlords. The two take care of everything. They are always ready to give tips and you are also provided with treats in between. They're both super nice. Overall, I highly recommend this place. That was certainly not our last time.
