Our third floor apartment is quiet and private. Front door has a code lock, it is important that you hold the DOOR HANDLE towards you as you do the CODE. Your space has a code lock. This space does not have a private entrance, you enter the front door up the stairs, the white door on your left is yours. The space is quite airy and relaxing, kick your shoes off and relax. Take it easy at this unique tiny house experience in the city. The Bunkie is a private 9’ x 12’ cottage with a couch, kitchenette (with running water), queen bed, Loftnet hammock & outdoor shower. Enjoy the natural beauty of our half acre tree-filled backyard, yet still close to downtown Guelph. This is a glamping experience that requires appreciation for tiny house living. Guests have access to a separate washroom with an incineration toilet, by walking about 100ft to the back of the yard.

This friendly, private open concept loft apartment is located on the top floor of a guest coach house located on a 2 acre waterfront estate. The loft apartment is a separate building from the main house. There is a maximum occupancy for the loft of 2 people, parties, get togethers and events are not permitted. Due to the tall spiral staircase, children are not permitted due to safety. Extra charges will apply if additional guests are present in the loft.
