Our Waverley studio is light, sunny and modern with the most stunning harbour views. Wake up to the beautiful sunrise over the Otago peninsula. This unit gets all day sun, with fantastic views right down to the sea heads and back to the city. There is private access to the studio which is situated under our family home. It only has external access to the studio room. It is self contained with a fridge, jug, toaster, microwave, bathroom, wardrobe and a living space. It has a deluxe queen bed.

Charming Garden Apartment

Welcome. My place is a quiet and secluded retreat, an easy ten minute drive from the centre of the city. Situated in a tree filled suburb at the beginning of the magnificent Otago Peninsula area. The annex is private from the main part of the house with its own entrance and suits one or two people. The garden is a work in progress, depending on the season, with a sheltered, sunny courtyard for your use. There is a small outlook over the harbour water, giving you a glimpse of the city and hills.

A beautifully renovated warm character home just a few easy minutes walk to St Clair beach, surfing, cafes, bars, restaurants and Hot salt water pool (1st Oct-31st March). Self contained, well stocked studio adjoining our home with your own entrance, spacious large lounge with desk and TV (Netflix etc), bedroom (Queen bed), ensuite bathroom, full kitchen (fridge with small freezer, stove top and kitchen equipment. Located at the edge of Westwood Recreation Reserve is our beautiful Scandinavian-style house which has a private bedroom downstairs with an ensuite, a kitchenette and a patio surrounded by native bush. Our property is close to a beautiful sandy beach which is accessible by car within a 2-minute drive. It is 20 min from Dunedin's airport, 15 min to Dunedin's CBD and a 5 min drive to famous Tunnel beach. All linen and towels provided, private bathroom, free onsite parking, and unlimited wifi.
