Cute quaint house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, located in downtown Dunedin Florida. All furniture in the house is new. Bathroom is newly remodeled, and includes a shower with a jet tub. Cozy family room with 60" flat screen smart TV, and sleeper sofa. We have a desk, and elliptical machine, along with a comfy chair for reading/relaxing in the extra room on the back. The kitchen is fully functional, with most conveniences of home. Come and enjoy delightful Dunedin, and have the time of your life!

We are within walking distance of the public library, Toronto Blue Jays spring training camp, and one block from the famous Pinellas Bike Trail. The town center is one mile away on the bike/walking trail. Honeymoon Island is 7 miles north, and Clearwater Beach is 5 miles south. The Community Center is 3 miles away with a splash park for kids, pickle and tennis courts, classes, and a workout facility. We welcome dogs with a non-refundable $125 pet fee that you can pay on arrival on airbnb.

Located in the heart of downtown Dunedin in walking distance to the Pinellas Trail and Main St. Simply park your car and enjoy town on foot or rent a bike and cruise around. We are close to Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach. Beach towels, chairs, cooler, and umbrella are provided. There is also a park across the street with a nice path to stroll along the water or take in the sunset.
