Market 200m away, on foot you are 5 min from the shopping center, cinema and restaurants and 10 min from the oyster port, by car 5 min from Arcachon from the beaches of the moulleau and pereire, 10 min from the dune du pilat, the lake of Cazaux (ideal young children), 15 min from the ocean beaches (Petit Nice, la Lagune, La Salie for surfers). Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

CABANON DES DUNES

22 m² cabin, 1 living room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, 1 independent bedroom, a deck, 1 small garden. The accommodation, independent, is located in the garden of our house. It is located 100 m from the boardwalk leading to the supervised Horizon beach. The cul-de-sac gives access to the coastal path, for lovely walks along the tip of CAP FERRET. The market, city center and pier are within a 1 km walk.

Wooden villa facing the sea - 4 to 6 people

Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.

It is located 15 minutes from the ocean beaches, 10 minutes from the Dune du Pyla and Arcachon and close to downtown La Teste. It has a surface of 33m2 and has a terrace. It is comfortable and well equipped for a pleasant and quiet stay.
