Super clean and absolutely beautiful! This cabin is amazing and the perfect location to Starved Rock. The rooms are huge and amazingly clean! We would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Big Oak. Marnie and Brian were waiting for us in their Gator when we arrived and greeted us like old friends. As a mom of a leash reactive pittie mix, I reached out to Marnie and Brian before we booked to confirm that there would in fact be no other dogs around and if there was, they would be leashed. They were both very understanding, honest and responsive when I made these inquiries. The Cabin itself is so stocked its insane. Anything you think you might need, they provide it. Olive oil, salt, heater, dog towels, tampons, toaster oven, home made cookies, coffee. They just really want you to feel at home and you DO. They also have it stocked with chilling out activities... things like games, music, DVDs, a full bird-feeder to watch birds, a scavenger hunt. The land is really well taken care of and beautiful. We enjoyed hiking the trails and taking in the sights. Our dogs had the time of their lives. We cannot wait to go back.. We already booked!

Exactly as the listing shows, great views, beautiful decor. Hot tub was perfect and ready to use, simply open and enjoy. We will definitely be back if staying in Peoria.

We stayed at Nicole's place for a weekend getaway from the city and had a fantastic time. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make a great steak dinner. We loved the location and definitely plan on returning in the future!

We loved our stay here. A beautiful house in a private location, in view of lovely sunsets. We loved the fenced in yard for our dog, and the chairs around the fire pit for sitting and reading a book. The house is so thoughtfully decorated and stocked. We will recommend it to our friendly and friends, and look forward to staying again! Very cute place!
