Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Durango

Highly recommend! The house had beautiful views, was very clean, and felt like home. We’d definitely stay here again. The view from the hot tub is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Rhonda And Todd’s very communicative and helpful.

Amazing views, easy access. Really enjoyed our Colorado excursion. There are great places to eat and close to Durango. Really enjoyed the local music and food at the adjacent bar and grill. We were really comfortable and really appreciated the clean bedding.

Karen’s condo was perfect for us. It was walking distance to the lifts and everything else. Our son went to the fitness center every morning and throughly enjoyed the equipment and facilities. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely recommend it for your next visit to Purgatory.

The room is perfect for a couple or small family and also stocked with many things that not all places provide. Access to the golf and pool/jacuzzi was very nice. Quiet was also notable.

We have stayed at several condos in this facility and they never disappoint. This one was perfect for the two of us and had beautiful views of the golf course and the canyon. Super responsive host. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo type of accomodation close to everything in downtown Durango. Has everything you'd need for a short or long term stay. Very comfortable king bed, kitchen was well appointed with full stove/oven. Nice two person sitting area on the balcony off the bedroom. Hot tubs were nice to have as well as the gym! Walk to restaurants, shops, bars and to the river and hiking trails. Front desk staff were very friendly. Single traveler and felt very safe here.

I would definitely recommend this house! It is in a great location and has wonderful amenities. Having the restaurants, pool, and hot tub in the neighborhood was great for our family. The 3 full bathrooms were a bonus! We would stay here again!

One of the best BnBs we have ever stayed at! Great location, full-sized appliances, free laundry, hot tubs, good sized space and comfortable bed! Everything worked great.

Views were incredible. Lots of room for our 6-person family. Cooked breakfast and dinner in the unit each day. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs felt great after a long day skiing. Short shuttle ride to the mountain was very easy. We’ll be back!

Comfy bed, decent appliances, property is a little dated and hot tubs didn't work on one day (not sure why) but we had access to Best Western across the street, and they charged $10/day for parking, but otherwise great location in central Durango, easy to walk to many places including Main St., and really good value for what we paid. Would stay there again.

This rental was perfect for our spring break ski trip! Location was great! So easy to walk to the slopes and the base/lodge/resort amenities. The unit was just as described with plenty of extra blankets/bedding, towels and tons of hooks - so helpful for alllll the ski gear. Lots of extras in the kitchen!

We had a great stay at Kate’s! Very nice and updated. It is about 30 mins from downtown Durango, but this location was perfect for us since we eloped at Molas Lake! It was maybe only 20 minutes from there. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great stay and had an amazing time skiing!! The hot tub was awesome after a day of skiing. The beds were comfortable! The shower had nice hot water. We cooked dinner and breakfast every night/morning and there was plenty of pots and pans, ect. The condo was 2 minutes from purgatory resort. Everything was awesome and we would love to stay here again!! Thank you for everything!!

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat. I'd definitely love to come back! I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful getaway. The surroundings were incredibly serene-perfect for unwinding and escaping the hustle of daily life. The space itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything I needed including being pet friendly. The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always quick to respond and genuinely caring about making my stay as comfortable as possible. You can tell he put a lot of heart into creating a warm and welcoming environment. Thank you Stephen!

We enjoyed our stay at Katina, Jacob and Dallas’ adobe home completely. We felt welcomed before we even arrived and when we did, were met with a clean, cozy and super well organized home. There was lots of room! The house is well laid out and the fully stocked kitchen was much appreciated. It was really helpful to have a washer/dryer and even a dishwasher. It was too warm during our visit for a fire but the fireplace is awesome. We enjoyed just looking at it imaging how we need to come back in the winter and cozy up in the living room:) The hosts invited us to freely enjoy the hot tub and on- site teepee! Such a friendly and easy going family:). Could not recommend this place and these hosts more highly.

Great place with free shuttle to Purgatory. Kitchen has the basic amenities (pots, pans, silverware, glasses, small appliances) and not much else. If you plan to cook there, make sure you bring any oils, spices, non-basic items etc you may need.

The views are fantastic on the back porch. The morning animal visits were great. Seeing the many animal tracks in the snow was a learning journey. Playground area was used by kids. They had a great time playing in the snow and having open space to roam about; it was a home. The residence is open, bright, and very welcoming. Well stocked kitchen and enough storage spaces for guests. Guests have to stick to hosts water process. Be conscious of thier energy usage and waste. The atmosphere is relaxed and clean. It's a place for solitude and forced involvement. Not for people who wanna TV veg out. The shopping isn't far. We drove the back roads to avoid the 550 traffic. George is wonderful and very kind. The hosts were fantastic. They treated us like human beings and not dollar bills. If we go back to Durango, we will definitely see if this home is available.

Great location in proximity to Purgatory resort and cozy, well decorated home made us feel right at home. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow.
