Great area, amazing place Nakita even accommodated an early check in ! Would definitely come back & stay again

Place was exactly as it looked in photos. In a small residential area, felt very safe. Easy access to downtown. Would suggest stopping at dollar store right down the road and purchasing paper towels/kleenex tissues- and shampoos/soaps.

This was a beautiful location and we enjoyed walking in the area and visiting a riverfront park. The view was peaceful and there was an outside table and chairs by the water available. The TV offered every possible channel and we appreciated Spending a quiet evening at home after Being in the city all day. our hosts were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely want to stay again if we visit the area.

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

I rented this property for the Georgia Florida game, and it was perfect. Very clean & modern. The owener did a great job. 5 stars!

We had a great time at Wymans apartment. The flat is big and lots of sunshine, great kitchen and outdoor area. Especially the gym and pool are a great plus. The communication with Wyman was great. Thank you again.

We have traveled to a lot of different places and stayed in several different places. This was by far the nicest. It was clean and cozy. Looks just like the pictures. Would definitely stay again and fully recommend it

This was a trip for me and my sister and our spouses to visit our retired Navy vet uncle but when we seen this place we decided our uncle needed to come to us😃. The house was beautiful and the dock at the river was a plus because I was able to go fishing a little bit. We really enjoyed and we are already making plans to come back to this exact spot. Our stay at Bridgettes's home was wonderful! The home is beautiful and due to its lovely decor and layout, lended greatly to the enjoyment of our family vacation! The house is on a very large lot, so there is plenty of space to enjoy. Bridgette was responsive, communicative and helpful when we had questions or needed information. This is the perfect spot in Jacksonville - great pool right on the river, so light and beautiful. The bedrooms are very comfortable. Multiple living spaces to chill. This was my second visit and it won't be our last!

Everything was good. Place was clean. Awesome beach view from balcony!! Very responsive. Ice maker had issue and Nick offered to bring ice for us. We said no, we could get our own!! Great knowing they wanted to take care of it. Would stay there again!!

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. It had such easy access with a parking space right next to the elevator. The Condo had everything we needed and was a very relaxing escape for my husband and me. We would stay here again.

Gorgeous condo with breathtaking views! Accommodations spacious, well equipped, beautiful, comfortable, and luxurious. We biked to restaurants, pickleball, putt putt, and around the island. Enjoyed the restaurants suggested by Michelle as well as use of the outdoor grills. Lovely pool and beach.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. Words can’t describe how beautiful the view was from our balcony. The beach couldn’t be any closer to our door and the apartment inside was perfect. Just what we needed after a day in the beach. The balcony/beach access was a super thoughtful feature we got lots of use out of! Can’t wait to return as soon as we can.

Our stay was amazing! The AC was down when we arrived (early, but the hosts were very accommodating). We left for the beach, came back and went to dinner and it was working perfectly when we got back. Pamela was very proactive to getting it fixed. The condo was clean, tidy, and a great place to vacation. Being right on the beach, you simply had to grab your chairs and you’re steps away from the ocean. Highly recommend!
