Vacation rentals with beach access in Duxbury

Our first trip to the Boston area couldn’t have been better! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The bedroom I stayed in had its own balcony with a beautiful ocean view—ideal for peaceful summer mornings or warm, relaxing nights. The open-concept living room and kitchen gave us plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring. But what really sets this place apart are two unbeatable features: first, you won’t find easier access to public transportation—there’s a bus stop just a 30-second walk away that takes you right into Boston. Second, the hosts, Milan and Anna, were some of the kindest and most helpful we’ve ever met. Their local tips made our stay even better. Great amenities, smartTV, updated shower, dishwasher, laundry, grill available to use, etc. Right next to the house is a beautiful walkway that stretches down the beachfront of Winthrop. We’re already talking about coming back as the Boston area is second to none!

This place is a perfect Nahant beach get-away. We were there for a wedding over the weekend, and were so lucky to find Elyse's place! Elyse is a wonderful host, and she communicated everything in such a detailed manner that finding the place/checking in was a breeze. It poured rain all weekend, but the cozy, clean unit that is decorated beautifully and is so conveniently located to everything made us feel at home. The unit has everything you need - even a lovely deck overlooking Boston Harbor. Elyse was gracious enough to offer to turn on the hot tub for us while we were arriving, and she had great local recommendations. While we did not get to use the hot tub or go to the beach because of the rain, we hope to return and take full advantage of how special this place is again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ryan’s place! The home was beautiful, spacious, and pristine—just like the photos. Ryan was a wonderful host from booking to check-out, making everything easy and welcoming. We especially loved the location, with the beach and great local restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect location for a long weekend getaway! Proximity to public transportation makes this place an awesome option for Boston travels, the ocean is absolutely gorgeous! I ran the Boston marathon on my visit and the hot tub was incredible for recovery! The bed is so comfortable and even though we didn’t cook anything, we easily could have! Having a washer and dryer in the unit available meant that I don’t have piles of laundry to do when I get home!

I had an incredible experience staying at Monica and TJ’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be booking again in the future!

This was our third year at Michael’s and as usual it didn’t disappoint. The location is perfect for biking or walking, the apartment is the right size for our little family and has everything we need. Michael is super responsive and helpful, the local beach is perfect. We will likely be back again next year!

We enjoyed our stay in the AirBnB with close proximity to Boston. The apartment is close to the T-line which takes you downtown in less than 20 minutes. The apartment is cute and well equipped with all essentials you might need. The view is fantastic and the flight traffic is mentioned in the description. We loved the kitchen and the designated parking. Definitely recommend.

Michael’s Airbnb was amazing. He thought of everything we could possibly need and more. Wonderful wine/snack basket. Plenty of towels & blankets. Fully stocked kitchen.

We cannot wait to return. This house looks small but had everything our group of 5 needed and more. Two bathrooms, sizeable bedrooms, well stocked kitchen and personal touches, too. We woke every morning for the amazing sunrise which can be viewed by sitting comfortably on the deck, the rocks, or right inside the house, if it gets too cold. We cooked at home, but also loved 908 Bistro and Captain Parkers pub. Easy drive to Chatham. This house is so very lovely and nothing compares to being right on the beach. Samantha was very responsive. Instructions were clear. We were there off season, so it was quiet and peaceful. Already searching for dates to return.

Extremely charming, homey old-school beach cottage very near the beach, plus a great separate 1 bedroom small cottage on the same property (internet was good in the large cottage, not in the small one). Lots of great screened in porch space, plus an upper deck with ocean view. Large fenced back yard. Beautiful sunrises *and* sunsets, both! We were there in late September, so there were minor signs of end-of-season wear--normal for an older beach house at the end of beach season, and makes it feel more homey & relaxing. Less than 5 min walk to beach (long stairway to access beach). Walking along White Horse Beach is best at low to mid tide. No "low tide" smell at low tide. Beach is rocky in the sense that there are a lot of little smooth round multicolored rocks, plus a few very picturesque huge rocks out in the ocean. Beach is comfortably walkable if you wear flip-flops or water shoes. Short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, & many historic sites including Mayflower II.

The Swiss House is an ideal retreat for families seeking a harmonious blend of comfort and connection. The expansive open-concept living area downstairs fostered a sense of togetherness, while the well-appointed kitchen made preparing family meals a breeze. Nestled away from the hustle, yet conveniently close to amenities, the house offers a perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. A quick drive to Mayflower Beach added to the allure, making our stay nothing short of delightful.

We had a wonderful stay at Peter’s house. Everything was exactly as described. The house is fully stocked with everything. My daughters were impressed by the coffee/ tea provided. We had a wonderful week. Beautiful views of second beach. The yard was perfect for our small dogs to run around. We can’t wait to stay again.

Loved my stay at this beautiful home. Very clean, and felt like home. All my friends slept well and were comfortable everywhere we gathered in the home. Dominique was wonderful and responsive. I would certainly rent this again in the future.

Great place - ideal location, close to the key beaches (driving distance, although you could walk to Scarborough), ocean views and a nice little neighborhood to walk the dog in. While it is off of a main-ish road, the traffic was never that much and it was generally quiet. The house itself was very nice - well appointed, plenty of utensils in the kitchen, beds were fresh and comfortable, linens were fairly new. Plenty of beach towels and beach gear. All in all, we were pleased to have brought our family of 7, and could have easily brought another 4-6 more given all the space in the house.

David's place was very comfortable for us - two families, total of 9. plenty of common space. There was an outdoor shower that came in handy. Close to beach and restaurants. David was prompt with his replies to my inquiries and very kind to allow us to stay past check in and not rush us. Lots of amenities too such as beach chairs and bikes

We had a wonderful time at Rob's place in Provincetown this February. If you are looking for a quiet place on the East End in the off season this is an exceptional spot. Beautiful water views from the condo. A gorgeous beach with some of the best views in Provincetown is right across the street. Condo was perfectly cleaned upon arrival and exactly as described. Couldn't ask for more.

This was a very comfortable stay! Great size for one or two people. Hot water takes a few minutes to kick in, but stays hot for a long period after that. Water pressure in the shower is great. Wifi works well. Loved the little deck outside, and had great views from the larger shared deck by the water! Owner is very responsive and informative. Overall, a really nice experience. Would stay here again.

Debra had a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. The balcony was especially enjoyable. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need.

This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.

Chris’s place was exactly as described and depicted. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Great location…..just steps to all of our favorite spots! Chris was also very responsive…. we hope to return again sometime!

This was my second stay at Garrett’s and the place was just as nice as I remembered (plus a a few upgrades). Garrett’s always quick to respond to inquiries, unit had just about everything we needed including beach towels and location is great as it’s a short bike ride from center town and peaceful/quiet if you’re looking for a balanced vacation.

Staying at Anil’s condo on the water was a little slice of heaven! It was just as depicted in the photos, but more charming in real life. We especially loved the art that adorned the walls and shelves, and being able to see the water from every vantage point (upstairs and downstairs) was magical. (And what a genius idea to make the kitchen backsplash a mirror, so even when you’re back is turned to the water, you can still see it :) Honestly being there off/pre-season made it even more special, as we felt like we had the neighborhood to ourselves, whilst there were still several great restaurants open for dining out. We’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s over the years, but this place topped the charts. We’ll be going back there in our minds for sure, and hopefully in real life, too!

I've been going to Provincetown my whole life, mostly for day trips. My husband and I took a little weekend away and it was GREAT. Coziest, sweetest, best designed and located place to stay.
