We have an extremely comfortable new mattress that will make it hard to leave the bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with with all of the kitchen utensils you need to prepare a beautiful meal. Assigned parking steps from the door! We are always available by email or phone. Sometimes we are in the building, sometimes just a call away. Happy to help anytime. We are on the Gore Creek in West Vail. Looking down the river and conveniently located across from the Free Vail Bus at Ptarmigan stop. Only minutes to Lionshead and Vail village, with some of our favorite restaurants and the grocery store. Please let us know if you will be arriving with a car. Josh and I have a modern and clean down stairs lock off only 3 blocks from downtown. The space is all yours with a private entrance with parking. We are in the center of Colorado's mountain biking community with a 100 miles of single track. Also just down the interstate from Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. The views alone are worth the visit! Reminder: This is the mountains. The entrance is well lit and shoveled but plan on dirt and snow. It comes with the territory! Lic. #006688

We have installed Starlink for internet service with over 100Mbps download speed.
