We absolutely love your condo! The huge couch and the layout of the TV facing the bed are perfect – who wouldn’t enjoy lounging and watching TV in total comfort? The smart partition door between the bedroom and living room is genius too! One of us prefers sleeping with the AC blasting while the other doesn’t, but closing the door halfway lets us perfectly balance the temperature. The space is compact yet amazingly well-equipped.

This is a condo with a good location and clean facilities. I had a good rest. Thank you ^^

The oversized bathtub was super comfortable

This Airbnb is located in a fancy, luxury apartment complex and comes with all the necessary amenities. It feels more like a hotel than an apartment. The lobby area features a vehicle rental desk, a tours and travel desk (where you can book day tour packages), and a cute coffee spot. The host is very responsive. However, the apartment complex has a somewhat deserted feel, we barely saw anyone around.

Every thing was good about this property. The place is exactly same as described n as per the pics posted.

Very happy with our stay at Golf and co-managers, the information was very clear, Golf always responded to my inquiries even to go to the emergency room following a medical problem, thank you. Golf guided us well to rent scooter and car. The apartment is comfortable for 2 people, the pool is nice when you can get there, given the size of the Condo places are limited, but it's a detail. The location is ideal close to the Night Market on foot as well as shops. The old town is a little further on foot but by scooter or touktouk it's nice. We had a wonderful 15 days thank you

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb from March 6th to March 9th, 2025. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided by the host, making our arrival stress-free. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the stunning golf course view. Waking up to the peaceful, scenic greenery every morning was a treat, and it added a luxurious touch to the experience. The space itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, providing both comfort and style. The host ensured that everything we needed was available, and we had no issues throughout our stay. Whether relaxing indoors or enjoying the view from the balcony, the atmosphere was calm and inviting. We had a great stay at Lin’s Place and would definitely recommend it! The apartment is cozy and well-equipped, and having our own washing machine was a really nice bonus. Everything was very clean, and even though it seems a little outside the central walls of Chiang Mai, it’s actually right next to the night markets. The gym and pool were lovely, and overall, it’s an amazing place for the price. Would happily stay again!

It was a wonderful place to stay.The children were also delighted with a lot of activities such as footbaths, saunas, BBQs, karaoke, darts, and golf.I was also able to see fireworks from the fireworks display nearby. It was also thoroughly cleaned, and the space was clean. It was a gathering of relatives, and I have stayed in a ryokan so far, but Airbie has been able to relax and find a new way to enjoy it.All three generations were very satisfied with the accommodation, and the next time we came sooner, we wanted to relax and enjoy the accommodation. Hosts, thank you for cleaning.

I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO TANYA AND KATE FOR THEIR CARE. THERE IS CUTE CAT IN THE WARM HOME. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GO. IN ADDITION, I LOST A BAG IN THE TAXI. TANYA AND KATE HELPED ME GET IT BACK. OTHERWISE, I MIGHT FACE ALL KINDS OF TROUBLES.THANKS AGAIN🫡

Good place and quite close to lots of places. Good amenities.

Overall, it was great. The always hanging indoor bath and the open-air bath were luxurious enough to feel like it was a waste for the three of us who stayed this time. The space in the living room, the sofa, etc. didn't look bigger in the photos, but rather I felt that the actual one was bigger. I think the sofa can seat about 6 people comfortably. The fireplace was also large and warm, and I was healed by watching the fire, and I was able to enjoy the pizza and barbecue in the pizza oven. Next time, I'd love to come back with my sister and family.
