Incredible location, walking distance from One nimman and many 7-11s. Many other cool cafes and restaurants are located just a stone throw away. John was very patient with all my queries. The place was well equipped for our needs. All the appliances worked well. The washer was a saviour. The place even had an air purifier. Made us worry less about the burning season. Overall a very comfortable stay.

This is a condo with a good location and clean facilities. I had a good rest. Thank you ^^

This Airbnb is located in a fancy, luxury apartment complex and comes with all the necessary amenities. It feels more like a hotel than an apartment. The lobby area features a vehicle rental desk, a tours and travel desk (where you can book day tour packages), and a cute coffee spot. The host is very responsive. However, the apartment complex has a somewhat deserted feel, we barely saw anyone around.

Every thing was good about this property. The place is exactly same as described n as per the pics posted.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chiang Mia. Pia was an amazing host, even through the earthquake. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with our stay at Golf and co-managers, the information was very clear, Golf always responded to my inquiries even to go to the emergency room following a medical problem, thank you. Golf guided us well to rent scooter and car. The apartment is comfortable for 2 people, the pool is nice when you can get there, given the size of the Condo places are limited, but it's a detail. The location is ideal close to the Night Market on foot as well as shops. The old town is a little further on foot but by scooter or touktouk it's nice. We had a wonderful 15 days thank you

We had a great stay at Lin’s Place and would definitely recommend it! The apartment is cozy and well-equipped, and having our own washing machine was a really nice bonus. Everything was very clean, and even though it seems a little outside the central walls of Chiang Mai, it’s actually right next to the night markets. The gym and pool were lovely, and overall, it’s an amazing place for the price. Would happily stay again!

It was a wonderful place to stay.The children were also delighted with a lot of activities such as footbaths, saunas, BBQs, karaoke, darts, and golf.I was also able to see fireworks from the fireworks display nearby. It was also thoroughly cleaned, and the space was clean. It was a gathering of relatives, and I have stayed in a ryokan so far, but Airbie has been able to relax and find a new way to enjoy it.All three generations were very satisfied with the accommodation, and the next time we came sooner, we wanted to relax and enjoy the accommodation. Hosts, thank you for cleaning.

I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO TANYA AND KATE FOR THEIR CARE. THERE IS CUTE CAT IN THE WARM HOME. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GO. IN ADDITION, I LOST A BAG IN THE TAXI. TANYA AND KATE HELPED ME GET IT BACK. OTHERWISE, I MIGHT FACE ALL KINDS OF TROUBLES.THANKS AGAIN🫡

We were a family of 6 staying in this beautiful Airbnb overlooking the river. The house was perfect, absolutely no complaints. Host was very responsive when I asked questions. We would love to stay at such a luxurious place again next time!

Our family of 7 persons loved this place. The location is perfect, easy access to restaurants, convenient stores and train station. A place feel like home. Highly recommended.

Overall, it was great. The always hanging indoor bath and the open-air bath were luxurious enough to feel like it was a waste for the three of us who stayed this time. The space in the living room, the sofa, etc. didn't look bigger in the photos, but rather I felt that the actual one was bigger. I think the sofa can seat about 6 people comfortably. The fireplace was also large and warm, and I was healed by watching the fire, and I was able to enjoy the pizza and barbecue in the pizza oven. Next time, I'd love to come back with my sister and family.

The house itself is spacious, with a large bedroom and living room that are perfect for relaxing or spending time with a group. It’s very convenient and well-suited for big groups or families.
