You can tell that the host goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. From the furnishing to the small bits and pieces like full set of toiletries, fruits and bread, bottled water machine, etc. Although lack of washing machine might deter people from longer stays. Parking is included and if you happen to pay for it in order to leave the carpark, the host will reimburse the full amount. Thumbs up. Guohua Youai Shopping District is literally right around the corner, plenty of local delicacies to sample. It's bustling at night but you don't hear that inside the house. 4th floor has a thick mattress and toilet with showers and bathtub, most privacy out of all floors. 3rd floor is tatami, 2nd floor kitchen and lounge and 1st floor has a toilet with shower and a sofa which can be converted to sofa bed. Ideal for the elderly people. Overall was satisfied with our stay, thank you to the host for the extra effort.

The condo was in a great location with many restaurants. We a appreciated the parking space provided.

The overall stay was good and the homestay host was kind!We had a great three days and two nights and will recommend friends to stay next time ~ The location is a little hidden, and the nearby roads are smaller, but it's quiet and quiet!

The host was super communicative, even picked us up from the railway station and also brought us back on our departure. Located near many restaurants. Very spacious home. Aki’s traditional home was a window into daily life for many Taiwanese. A temple and small vegetable market are tucked away from the main streets to serve the neighborhood of small alley streets. This area has not been gentrified and there are vacant plots and not many modernized homes, but Aki’s renovation of his space was done excellently. Aki thoughtfully has put enough outlets and lights in the bedroom area, bathroom and kitchen and we did light cooking daily. Aki reached out proactively to make sure we were well taken care of. He even came part way through the stay and did a refresh for us. There are ladder-type stairs from the bedroom down to the bathroom, but we maneuvered slowly if getting up in the night. As a couple we felt comfortable in the area at all times of the day or night. Besides being tucked away and quiet, the neighborhood was near bigger markets, great restaurants and many tourist areas. The space was perfect for us and we would definitely stay again.

A very comfortable apartment in a great location with a great host who speaks very good English. James actually met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment to show us around. We had everything we needed. We really appreciated the capsule coffee maker and the microwave. I would stay here again.

Fun and funky space that comfortably slept our group of three, we each had our own bedroom. Close to lots of places to eat.

The room is just like the photos, there are many cheap and good food nearby in the residential area, and convenience stores are very convenient!And it's great value for money, I'll stay here again next time I get the chance!

This is my second stay here. The location is excellent. The room was very clean and well taken care of. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. I loved it! I would recommend to all my friends. Hope to come back soon!

A really nice, well equipped and spotlessly clean house. It is located in an interesting quarter of Tainan, with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Ruxin is a very friendly and welcoming host, and provides lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to see.

Amazing interior design - lots of cosy alcoves and spaces to get some me time. Home was very well-stocked with everything we might need, and there we only wished we had more stomach space to finish the food and drinks generously provided by the host. Thank you for offering us visitors such a beautiful home. Your warm hospitality was truly memorable, and we'd love to come back again the next time we're in Tainan!

I stayed with six friends. It was my friend's first time in Tainan, but he was very happy with the very nice accommodation. The location was also very convenient, close to Jinenmura Street and the market. Most importantly, the host was very friendly and responded quickly to requests, and we had a peaceful stay. The room is also a very nice, nostalgic space. Each of the three bedrooms has a shower room and toilet, so you can relax in a private space. It is an accommodation that I would definitely recommend to those going to Tainan!

Convenient surroundings, walking distance to business district

The place was amazing - great area very easy and convenient. Lots and lots of local food around so definitely won't go hungry. The house is clean and tidy, with everything you need inside. Location is convenient, right in the tainan city centre and you may walk around and go sightseeing. Walkable distance has a number of restaurants that you can get good breakfast. Host Ruby is very nice and response, and have some good recommendations when I ask for some advice! Overall is a very nice place to stay!
