Immaculate 1920's house with two bedrooms, a family bathroom , downstairs toilet, kitchen/diner and two reception rooms, A large garden with patio, lawn and fruit trees. Just a 3 minute walk from train station, (train less than one hour to London). Area boasts a Museum, Country houses, Foxton Locks, Canal basin and lots of good eateries.

Converted Barn overlooking fields.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

The Orchard Studio is the newly renovated annexe to the Gate House which is on the grounds of The Stable House, a family home converted in 1970 from a Victorian stable block. It is a double bedroom studio with ensuite shower room and a separate living room with kitchen facilities including oven, hob, microwave and fridge.
