Our thatched Saxon farmhouse is located in the center of the unique village of Orvelte. Orvelte is one of the most beautiful villages in the Netherlands and was founded in the 10th century. The monumental farms and the streets lined with cobblestones and old bricks give the village a nostalgic atmosphere. There is a lot to experience in and around Orvelte, art and culture and plenty of recreation. In short, a wonderful location, centrally located in beautiful Drenthe, to get away from it all.

Right in the center of Winsum , according to the ANWB the most beautiful village in the Netherlands, is our B&B De creaking wagons. In the back of our garden, 2 converted gypsy wagons and 2 wagons are available as accommodation. They can be booked both separately and together. We converted the creaking wagons ourselves into B&B. So don't expect a top finish, but all the amenities are there. We serve an extensive breakfast to our guests in the morning with enough to make another packed lunch.

Each room has its own private entrance and is fully equipped with all modern comforts. Just a 2-minute walk brings you to the heart of the charming village of Pieterburen — known as the starting point of the Pieterpad and Fietserpad, a stop on the Ziltepad, and home to the seal rescue center, several mudflat hiking tours, cozy restaurants, and the local village pub.

Korenaar

The two B&B rooms are called "Korenaar" and "Klaproos". In the "Korenaar" there is a lits jumeaux bed. The dining area overlooks the farm. Room "Klaproos" has a double and a single bed, a sitting area and a dining area. You will have a private luxury bathroom that is equipped with rain shower, washbasin and separate WC. The ornament is included. You can eat this in your own room, at the farmer's at the kitchen table, in the tea house or, on a terrace. From 7 am.

B&B Cozy Voorhuis farmhouse (max. 5 p)

If you want to relax, you'll be fine here. Rural, atmospheric and quiet place, 10 km away from the city of Groningen and 3.2 km from the airport. the village is 1.5 km away. Although we live behind the airport, we don't have any noise nuisance from it. Cycling, hiking, running, sailing on Lake Paterswoldsemeer, Hoornse Plas. Eelde/Paterswolde is a village with several cores. Sights, Museum De Buitenplaats, Landgoed Lemferdinge, Friescheveen.

Beautiful room on the outskirts of Papenburg

I offer a room in my house for two people. The large, bright bathroom can also be used. Upon request, there is a delicious, fortifying, but simple breakfast. Papenburg can be reached in about 15 minutes by car, but Surwold also has a lot to offer. Extended walks or a visit to the Meyer shipyard are among the possibilities. I'll be happy to help you.

Welcome to Gruunlaand, our resting place, house and guesthouse with almost 3000m2 of land. In our barn we offer four bedrooms with 3 comfortable double beds and 2 single beds. There are four separate toilets, three bathrooms with shower, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, and a living space that you can use to work, read and relax.

"Straw Suite" at Willrathshof

Sleeping in the "straw suite" means moving into a rustic room in the converted cowshed. You sleep on loose straw in your own sleeping bag. We have five suites in different sizes for 2-3 people or up to 6 people. In the morning, a great breakfast buffet (incl.) awaits you to start the day strengthened.
