The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

This comfortable holiday home is located directly on the Drents-Friese Wold. The house is in a park with no facilities/gate or rules. The houses in the park are both permanently inhabited and rented out for vacation. You can walk, cycle and mountain bike to your heart's content in the area. Our beautiful, elaborately renovated Gulfhaus invites all those seeking tranquility and relaxation. The village (Loquard) where we live is located between Emden and Greetsiel and allows excursions to the East Frisian Islands or to the coast just 1.7 km away. Likewise, extensive bike rides can be taken along the North Sea coast or simply relax with a book under our beautiful apple tree. The house is designed for 2 people and not suitable for pets!

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Welcome to Tidehuus Krummhörn. Our house is a detached house and stands on a 1600 square meter plot. It was lovingly renovated in 2020. Last makeover of the living room 10/24. It is located in the quiet village of Loquard. It is about 2 km to the dike edge, 1 km to the baker (Rysum), 11 km to other shopping (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike tours in East Frisia.
