Condo vacation rentals in East Jakarta City

Green Pramuka Apt is a good place. It has almost everything you need in walking distance for your stay, be it long or short. This listing is also excellent. Truly a place to get some rest after a busy day in the city. There's only 1 wardrobe in the main room (big, so space isn't an issue) that everyone will have to share. TV is also in the same room. No water heater, for those who can't shower with cold water. But it's never too cold to shower for us, as Jakarta is a pretty warm city. Numbers of towels and pillows provided, and the lack of blanket might be an issue (they sure kinda were for us) too. It might not be a perfect place, but it was sufficient for us. Thank you for the hospitality!

Beautiful accommodation with an absolutely amazing view over all of Jakarta! Everything was clean, water was prepared. What I really appreciated were the owners, they are very kind and always ready to help. There’s also a pool and a gym in the building, everything was great! Highly recommend :)

The apartment is a condominium, it is spacious as home not like usual apartment. It is an old building condo but still very nice. Ming Ming is responsive and very helpful. A day before we came, Ming Ming add the AC in the living room, greatly nice. It is worhted, and when I need to do something near the apartment, sure will come back.

Strategis dan luas, sedikit kurang bersih awalnya namun service sangat oke karena host sangat kooperatif and make sure kita bisa stay lebih nyaman, thanks.

Great place to stay, very comfortable and the check in and check out processes were easy. Cheung has always been helpful and responsive during my stay. Recommended!

Nostalgic of Airbnb hosting years ago when hosts would Try. Hana was very hospitable and delivered 5 star service. I felt right at home with all the right amenities and guidance for navigating the landscape. Great find 👌🙂‍↕️

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare per 3 mesi nell'appartamento di Refki e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. L'appartamento è comodo, pulito e ben arredato, con tutto il necessario per sentirsi subito a casa. La zona è tranquilla ma ben collegata, perfetta sia per lavorare che per rilassarsi. Refki è stato un host sempre disponibile, gentile e attento a ogni esigenza. Ha risposto rapidamente a qualsiasi domanda o richiesta e ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole con la sua ospitalità. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno medio-lungo in un ambiente confortevole e ben gestito.

The accommodation is good and convenient. Front desk 's staff is friendly and polite. It is good place to stay for a long business trip. However, wifi connection is not good.

Very nice, strategically located, apartment block in the heart of Jakarta with 24/7 reception desk, which makes check-in/out very easy. Plenty of restaurants, mini marts etc within easy walking distance. Apartment is bright & clean, and as described with huge, wrap-around balcony providing panoramic view of city skyline. All facilities work well and Irene has made the place very cosy and intimate. She’s left little notes everywhere that answer all your questions almost before you think of them! I would definitely stay here again.
