This is a newly renovated home three blocks from the Choptank River. It's three finished levels and will easily accommodate a large group. This is a short walking distance to downtown Cambridge. I use this as a weekend getaway and make it available when I know I will not be there. It has been lovingly renovated with that in mind.
“Our stay was absolutely perfect! We stayed with our family for Christmas and celebrated there together and the home provided us with everything we needed to make it a beautiful time for all. We went to visit the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad visitor center and also spent a day at Assateague Island - both only a short distance away. The town is also really cute and minutes away from the waterfront. The house was clean and so very cosy. We had a lot of fun seeing all the different rooms and spaces, that were taken care of so well! The kitchen we perfectly stocked for all our needs. I would definitely recommend this place for a cosy stay with family or friends! And hope we can come back again! Thanks you so much to the host for answering any needs/concerns we had! Lovely memories made!”

“Vicky’s place is awesome!!! Well worth the cost. I stayed here for four days for a birthday vacation and everything was sparkling clean upon our arrival. The house is way bigger than it seems in the pictures but everything else is true to the pictures. I fell in love with the well stocked and modern kitchen, beautiful backyard, and master bedroom as soon as I entered. All the beds in each room are nice and comfy and the rooms themselves have stylish touches. The neighborhood is lovely with friendly neighbors and the house itself was obviously well kept and loved. As for Vicky herself, she was wonderful. She texted me every now and then, first to make sure I had got there safely and then to make sure everything was going well and we didn’t have any issues or need anything. I also happened to leave my keys behind, and Vicky personally checked the house twice to find them, AND mailed them to me herself. This listing is amazing, and Vicky is a wonderful host. Will definitely be returning! Great listing.”
This is your opportunity to stay at the only Tiny House in Dorchester County! The cabin was built in Louisiana and originally used during Hurricane Katrina as a model disaster relief home! The Tiny Cabin is now located on Pitcher Dam Creek which leads to the Little Blackwater and the Blackwater Refuge (only a 5 minute drive away). Bring your Kayak and fishing rod to catch popular Snakeheads in the creek, only 50 steps away! 15 minute drive to Route 50, downtown Cambridge, shopping and dining!
“Lisa was a wonderful host! Check-in was beyond easy and we loved the tiny house. It was a great home away from home. The area around the tiny house was beautiful, we had fun getting a canoe at Blackwater Adventures and strolling around Cambridge which isn’t far away from the tiny home. I’ve always wanted to stay in a tiny house and this was an incredible first experience! I would definitely go back. :)”
