Apartment vacation rentals in East Peoria

We had a long term stay of a couple months to finish out Nursing clinicals in the local areas. The place was perfect for what we needed and the responsiveness was 5 star. We would recommend this for anyone who might need a short or longer term stay in the area for work or school.

Place is a nice little spot. Walmart is 5 minutes away if you want to cook and if you're staying for the base you're only 15 minutes away. highly recommend.

We love the Jefferson Gem! This is our second stay there, and we will definitely return. Accommodations are lovely, well furnished, clean, just as described. We were able to cook a nice family meal, have pizza delivered, drink coffee on the back porch, play family games, watch a movie, celebrate a birthday. It's a great central location, easy to get to downtown, shopping, restaurants, and our daughter's residence. Neighborhood is quiet, good place to walk, take the dog out for a stroll, look at home architecture. Amanda is a great host, very friendly, responsive, easy to work with. Upstairs apartment resident was polite and friendly as well.

Marcia was very attentive and answered all of my questions. It was my daughter’s birthday and she had left birthday balloons on the kitchen table! It was the perfect touch! We did have younger girls with us to celebrate and were a bit rambunctious at times, but Marcia was very respectful in communicating with me on expectations. The apartment was very clean and accommodating! The bed was also very comfortable! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend.

We stayed here for the weekend. Check in and check out were easy. The place was clean and cozy. The cookies with the personalized letter with instructions were a nice touch! This location was so close to all the restaurants and places were wanted to spend our time. It was a great location! We would stay here again!
