The listing is NOT for the entire house. Our family and dog lives in the main part of the house. Enjoy petting our goats and watching our chickens. An abundance of various birds, deer, and foxes roam the farm and surrounding area. Spend the evening by the fire pit so you can appreciate the quiet & stars.

Little Yellow House Marietta PA

Experience a part of early Marietta history in this 1807 "Yellow House" that was expanded and newly updated to offer the charm of its log home. TRAINS!!!!Across the street is a freight train line service. The trains are random at all hours. They are briefly loud. Otherwise this a lovely space situated along the Susquehanna. There are several restaurants close by. Close to Hershey and Lancaster Amish Country. Bike trail across the street. Cayaking on the Susquehanna River.

This quaint little secluded cottage. Enjoy beautiful sunrises. Sit on the deck and watch the deer, turkey, rabbits squirrels, and plenty of birds. You can even hear bullfrogs croaking from the neighbors water garden. Doors open to the backyard which connects to a County park and scenic overlook of Susquehanna River 300 yards away. Located 10 minutes from York, 10 minutes from Lancaster and nestled in between the cozy River-towns of Columbia, Marietta and Mount Joy. North West River Trail is near by.

THE PENNY HOUSE! Renovated and decorated 2 bedroom apartment. My wife and sought to create a modern, comfortable clean and light feel. The Penny House was once a carriage house for horses; years later the second floor was converted into two unique living spaces.
