it is a magical place, incredible people live and arrive at that place. It is a paradise on earth that you have to take care of. If you imagine nature, tranquility and beauty, this will transport you and want to come back or envy the residents of the area. The food is excellent, the place is more than I expect. I will return as many as I need it.

Absolutely beautiful spot we rented for my birthday with some friends. Everything was perfect and this spot is super close to the Charlee if you decide you want to go for a couple drinks at night. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an amazing weekend getaway

Our stay at Jacob’s place was beyond great! The place is AMAZING, I don’t think the pictures do enough justice. Sonia welcomed us and helped us with anything we needed, she was friendly and responsive at all times. We stayed for one night but wish we would’ve stayed for more, 5 stars guaranteed :)

This was one of my best stays ever. We booked Casa Colombia for a small family reunion and were blow away by the home and the incredible location right on the lake. Jacob was super helpful getting us in contact with a local driver to transport 10 people (with little kids) and book a private chef to cook 2 amazing meals at the Airbnb. 100% recommend!

The place is super accessible, very quiet and meets the description as offered.

WOW!! What an amazing stay! I traveled with three others and stayed here for a week. Jacob and Sonia were responsive, helpful and polite. The house is gorgeous and looked exactly like the pictures, and even better in person. The views from the balconies are amazing and you really feel immersed in the nature around you. We loved the access to the lake and took advantage of the complimentary kayaks. We also enjoyed the free 2 hour boat ride around the lake. Our guide was knowledgeable of the area and everyone we met was incredibly friendly. The food at Praia was so good we went two nights in a row. We loved having nice restaurants so close to the house. Downtown Guatape was beautiful and full of great shops, bars and restaurants. We can’t wait to visit again!

we had a lovely 9 day stay at Jacobs place. it was great to have hot water after 7 weeks travelling in Colombia with only cold water showers. it was great to be able to go to the swanky resort next door for the occasional meal. Jacob was quick to respond to some minor requests and Sonia who helps to look after the place is just lovely and on hand if you need anything.

Excellent private space, perfect for going with the family and enjoying the tranquility of Guatape

Excellent , an extremely charming place with everything you need to feel at home, quite spacious and cozy, really has everything full I recommend.

I would stay again, very good area, close to the shopping center, the metro station, easy access, easy location and very comfortable stay.

Great place in a very nice spot in the front of the lake ! Has an elevator to the 5th floor .one of the rooms has a great view to the lake very thing is around you supermarket just next door and a restaurant next door many choices ,close to main square too … had wonderful experience

We are so glad we took the opportunity to stay in this amazing house. If you're a fan of architecture, you'll really enjoy it. The house was extremely clean, has beautiful views, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds and linens. We wished we had stayed a 3rd night to take more advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards provided. Hosts and local property manager communicated well and were promptly responsive when we asked questions. The hot water situation for the showers (it cycles from hot to very cold continuously) would probably keep us from saying again. That said, we're glad we stayed for a weekend and bet you will be too!
