For those of you, who like the touch of the nature, you can feed swans from the terrace and observe other species in their natural habitat. The view from a terrace is partly industrial, but at the night time full of calm magic.

The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.

A new, beautiful houseboat in the Moldava river (Vltava in Czech). Three minute walk to some of Prague's best restaurants, like Wine & Food or U Peronu,and 10 minutes walking to Prague's historical center. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Walk 10' to Naplavka, the most fashionable promenade along the river. Size 11x3,2 m. The whole ground floor has heated floor.

Beautiful cabin right by the water with seaview and surrounded by mountains. Situated in Nusfjord, a small fishermans village, with a nice resturant in walking distance. There are great hiking trails just outside, and you can catch fish from the dock. It is possible to pay and go out to sea with a big boat, or buy fishingcards for the waters abowe.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

You can have just a sauna evening or stay overnight. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sleeping places for two, sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V electricity for lights and phone loading.
