We are nestled in the pine forests about 5 miles from the towns of Joseph and Enterprise. This space is ideal for a peaceful getaway for a couple, a few friends, or a family with small children. SR Longhorn Parlor is a retired milking parlor. It sleeps 4 comfortably but up to 6. Our 82 acre working ranch is 5 miles from downtown Burns. A quiet place to decompress, hike, bird watch or bike ride. Marshall Ln. is a bumpy 1 mile dirt road that is used by 4 other families. Go slow and keep to your left. If you come across opposing traffic keep right and park (they’ll go around you). Ask us about add on services. We are full time on premises & here to help you customize your stay.

Enchanting A-Frame

Unplug! A Private Rustic Cabin 20 min. from Baker City, nestled in the foothills of the Elkhorn Mountains. Ready for a bit of adventure? Outgoing plumbing only (no running water). Bucket your washing/flushing water from the creek off of the back deck which runs most of the year. 45 min. to Anthony Lakes Ski Resort. Guests are to clean up after themselves upon checkout. No internet, TV service or Freezer. Cell service may be sketchy. 4 wheel drive for winter access Dec - March.

The guest house is nestled on a hillside overlooking the Salmon River, Hammer Creek Park and public boat launch. It’s a one hour drive to Hells Canyon boat launch at Pittsburg Landing on the Snake River. Both areas are great for boating, rafting, and fishing. This studio guest house comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen sized bed, comfortable pull out couch, and separate full bathroom & shower. The unit also has a kitchen and private deck to enjoy the wildlife and million dollar view!

Take it easy at this unique and private getaway. This off the grid studio cabin is located just 10 minutes from Smith Rock and 10 minutes from Lake Billy Chinook. It is positioned on the edge of the Crooked River Gorge with breathtaking views of the canyon. Near the cabin is a trail head to a private hiking trail that takes the adventurer down into the canyon where the scenery is otherworldly. Enjoy a sunset with full cascade Mountain View’s, green pastures, and grazing horses.

Stellar Cabin

Wake Up to Wedding Cake! Stellar Cabin can be your private hideaway. Soak in the wood fired hot tub and gaze up at a blanket of stars. Cook a steak on the grill, make dinner in the fun cook shack and sit around and watch evening come. John Day Fossil Beds are close by. Hike Blue Basin, swim in the river or dig for fossils! We are out of range for most cell service, but it's close by. Wifi available at host house if needed! And pets are welcome!

Located on the edge of town with the Strawberry Mountains located to the south and to the north is the high school football field and little league field. This area is located in a quiet neighborhood, although depending on the time of year you are here, you may hear football practices occurring.
