Amazing place

Clean cosy place with full amenities. Very close to the Flemingon racecourse

great value for money. beds are firm (I prefer medium) but was just as comfy as $450 p/n hotels. easy check in, friendly staff all round(extra points for this one). room service provided unlike some other airbnb I've stayed at in Melb. place a tad outdated but I don't care about those things as this trip we only used the room to rest up, shower and sleep. I'd personally not hire if I were looking at cooking.

Brilliantly close to the ICC - my friends and I were here for 4 days and were made to feel so extremely comfortable. Room was clean, dry and tidy and the check in/check out process was effortless (the reception was even kind enough to let us leave our bags with them both before our room was ready and before we had to leave for our flight) While it was perfect walking distance from the ICC, it was a little bit of a hike from any major tourist destinations like the Harbour - however despite this I would absolutely recommend Veriu to anyone visiting Sydney.

This review isn't exactly a fair review of Punthill South Yarra as due to a gas maintenance issue we were relocated to Punthill Flinders Lane. Therefore what I describe is more with regards to the Flinders Punthill. The place was overall very good but didn't enjoy the location and the room (obviously) wasn't exactly what I signed up for. Then again the gas issue was unexpected and I really appreciate that they found my family and I lodging in the heart of the city for the same price! I'm sure Punthill South Yarra would've been an amazing place and Punthill Flinders was good too! just that the room was a bit less nice and the loud busy streets don't exactly help with sleep.

Helpful, friendly, clean and exactly as presented.

So impressed with the value for this place, I had low expectations because it was so well priced but it was clean and comfy and the location was just excellent. Tea and coffee and milk provided. Will definitely stay here again.

The room is very clean and the shared kitchen was definitely helpful.

We were able to check in a little earlier as the room was ready - this helped with getting to a wedding on time. Room was simple and clean. We had a quick turn around trip so no time to stop for local food and adventures. So exactly what we needed.

Enjoyed my stay! Would definitely come back here :)
