Reserved parking, private entrance. Efficient kitchen, laundry, large shower, AC/Heat. Wifi, coffee/tea provided. No shared walls. You may hear footsteps if there is a guest on the 2nd floor above. No road or pedestrian noise. 1-Queen bed. Studio is 430 sq. +/-. No TV. No smoking, vaping, burning incense/candles. Thank you.

Ground floor apartment with private entrance and parking on a quiet circle road. The apartment includes a "mini kitchen" with microwave, small fridge with freezer, and some kitchen basics. The unit also includes a washer and dryer! Recently renovated private bathroom. Very centrally located, 15 mins from Downtown Northampton and Springfield, 20 minutes to Amherst, central to all area colleges, and 1 hour from the beauty of the Berkshires! All are welcome!

Down town Florence Temperance Hall

Large apartment with lots of light. It has a steam shower, modern tub and close to everything in Florence. The electric assisted bike depot will be a 5 min walk coming up in late April or early May! There are 2 Airbnb’s in the building so I ask everyone to be thoughtful of others. Also there are 2 small cats that share the same entrance. They are super sweet.they do NOT go in the apartment, they say hi by the front door
