Family-friendly vacation rentals in Eastpoint

The condo had everything we needed, including an ice maker!!! It was spacious and had easy access to the pool and beach. We loved it!

Excellent location near beach access and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable. Nice pillows and bedding. Flexible parking.

Earl’s place is recently renovated (following a hurricane in the area last fall). It is a beautiful three bedroom, three and one-half bathroom unit. All the beds are comfortable .... which is not always the case with Airbnb units. There are two screened porches/decks that make sitting outside at night a real delight. The full kitchen made preparing some meals at home very easy. There is a public access bay beach about 1/2 mile away and gulf beaches within about 15 minute drive. We kayaked and walked and played in the sun and water. Although we did not meet Earl during our stay- he was always quickly available by text or phone. I would love to return to Earl’s unit at Port St Joe.

Loved the private feel of the beach and the beautiful views from all the bedrooms and living room area as well as the decks! I would recommend this home! Also loved that the home and beach is pet friendly! Thank you for making our stay great!

Beautiful condo, would highly recommend! We have stayed at this complex before, first time in this unit, and absolutely loved it. The host was great to work with and very responsive. The condo was beautifully decorated and we love the location as it’s right across the street from the beach. The beach was not overly crowded for a holiday week and the complex was very quiet. Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect location for our family and little. Literally on the beach. Major help was beach cart and beach gear.

I enjoyed the Justin's place. It was clean, near, inviting and warm. I felt very safe, and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept through the night from the first evening. Great place and host. It was a very short walk to the beach/ocean and the pool was a great when there were red flags on the beach. If you have more than 6 people, you may want to bring towels and washcloths as there are enough for 6. That is the only ‘complaint’ we had! Overall had an amazing time and would stay again!

This was by far the best place we have stayed at Cape San Blas. Kitchen was stocked with any appliance or tool you would need. Everything was in perfect condition and working order and the well decorated. I hope to stay there again soon!

This is a great place to stay! A very short walk to the beach & in a quiet neighborhood. Great dog friendly place with a large yard for them to run around! All of the essentials were present and a lot of useful things—stocked kitchen utensils, dinnerware, cookware. Coffee pot, toaster, ice trays. Lots of towels and bedding! Plenty of space to hang out—living room and screened in porch. Would definitely stay here again!

While the place isn't fancy, it is an actual houseboat after all, it was awesome. Comfortable bed but views to die for and you are literally having you morning coffee, watching the sunrise and are literally 1 foot from the water. The river is a very active one...we saw manatee, gators, gar and hundred of mullet jumping out of the water. the best was the shrimp boats at dusk...you really have to experience this place. and ps. walking distance to downtown Apalachicola is a real bonus

We stayed in this home while our house was being built. Sharon’s home was fantastic! We loved seeing the dolphins, horseshoe crabs, and fish everyday. We had to evacuate due to Hurricane Helene, but Sharon stayed in contact with us the whole time! We would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the Wakulla county area!

Perfect little getaway! The location was great—close to the convenience store and offering beautiful sunrises over the water. The dock was a big hit with the kids, and we loved spotting the bald eagle perched in the tall trees every day. WiFi was spotty, but it actually worked out well, helping us unplug and enjoy the surroundings. Would definitely come back!

We loved our stay at Marisa’s! The location was wonderful and the space was just what we needed. The fenced in backyard was a major plus for our pups!

Jodi is a terrific host. This is the second time we have stayed at one of their townhomes at Barrier Dunes. They do everything top notch. The place is well stocked with everything we needed. The grill is high quality. The beds are very comfortable. It is just a great stay all around.

Peace Out On The Cape was phenomenal!!! The location is perfect: Steps to the beach and 2 minutes to the state park. Only 5 minutes to the best donuts I’ve ever had! The house itself was very comfortable. The extra beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, wagon) is a great touch! We also enjoyed grilling out a few nights. Having laundry was very convenient. The beds and furniture were very comfy. The host is also very nice and responsive. Upon checking in, there was a small issue with the lock to the beach equipment closet, but the host responded to my message and fixed the issue before it impacted our stay. I am already dreaming of another trip here next summer!

We absolutely loved our stay at Judith’s guest house! We booked this place because we were wanting to take our dog to the beach. We were looking for a private fenced in yard with a pool and walkable distance to the beach (dog friendly all day.. Woo hoo!) and that is exactly what we got! Judith was so sweet, accommodating, and flexible- we got in very late the first night and she was outside to greet us with a smile as we pulled up. She checked in on us but was never intrusive. She brought us delicious brownies and corn bread one day. All of the restaurants we tried in Port St. Joe were amazing- especially KrazyFish, PSJ Bar and Grill, and Provisions all in the down town area about 15 min from her place. Her place was clean and had no sand when we arrived, which was very impressive considering it is a beach house. The beach was never crowded even with it being 4th of July week, and most importantly, our pup had the best time, so we did too! Thank you, Judith, for an amazing stay!

Kevin & Stephanie were fantastic hosts! Upon arrival, the rental was clean and tidy. The bed, bedding, and pillows were so soft and comfortable. The two mini units kept the rooms comfortable. Clean towels were provided for the bathroom and for the pool. The couch was comfy and the kids loved being separated from us on the sofa bed rather than side by side like hotels. The pool is beautiful, the hot tub was very large and warm, and fishing was just a few steps away at the end of the road. A few dolphins ran the fish off while we were fishing. We absolutely loved this rental and the hosts. St. George Island is a new family favorite! Thank you Kevin & Stephanie, we will see you again soon!

Great place to stay! Host is very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Well appointed, clean condo in a great location-just a quick walk to shops and restaurants. Beautiful views and so peaceful. The Beach Cottage #1 was perfect for our family of three, and could have accommodated more of us. The pool was sparkling clean, the picnic tables were a perfect addition. Emil was very easy to communicate with and easily helped us add an extra night to our stay, and Laura was so kind and friendly! The location absolutely can’t be beat, as the beach access is just steps from the driveway. We cannot wait to return to Beach Bum Cottages, and highly recommend this stay to other families!

We had a family gathering where two of the larger families got big houses. This place was perfect for my wife and myself and within walking distance to the other families. It was on a lower level, but that being said we LOVED all the light that came in through the windows. And the place was beautiful inside. All my relatives commented that it’s the perfect little “ couples getaway”.

We had a great time. The host is very responsive and answered any questions we had promptly. The house is just as described and we love the fact that it is off to itself. The beach is a short walk and the area is very quiet and peaceful. Now there are a lot of stairs but we needed the exercise anyway😁 Would definitely stay here again!
