This apartment was completely renovated and fully furnished in 2023. It is located on the second floor in our multigenerational house in a secluded location by the forest! The view from the apartment is really special, because from every window you look into nature. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the apartment is suitable for a vacation with friends. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for children under 12 years of age, as there are ponds on the open property.

At 60 m², the Constantia apartment is not only the largest in the villa, but also our favorite apartment. The moss-green color of the walls immerses the apartment in an atmosphere of forest light and the rooms structured by open half-timbering give a feeling of vastness. In the bedroom, there is an open brick wall with a large box-spring bed. The highlight of this apartment is the open bathroom with its ground-level rain shower, from where you have a view of the garden.

Living room with fireplace, bedroom with double bed, spacious shower room with washing machine, pretty, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The sofa in the living room can be pulled out to another double bed. A baby crib, baby bed and baby tub are provided. Small terrace area at your doorstep, garden to the rear, garden furniture available. Dogs are welcome by arrangement!

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

"Dien Uttied" stands for a special time out in nature, away from everyday stress and city noise. In our cozy and at the same time very upscale tiny house/construction trailer, you can switch off and enjoy your time out! The newly built 2025 trailer has a living/sleeping area, a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The small fireplace invites you to spend cozy hours in any weather, while you let your gaze wander through the panoramic window.
