If you don't want to drive, bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a combined living room and bedroom A washing machine, towels, bed linens, TV and Wi-Fi are available for free use.

The house is functionally and modernly furnished. A large sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space. Large built-in closets in the bedroom offer plenty of storage space. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an XL fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a cooking/baking combination as well as everything you need for cooking and baking. Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

We rent out our apartment in Lauenburg an der Elbe. Lauenburg is the starting point for relaxing bike rides as well as close to the cities of Lüneburg, Hamburg and Lübeck. Wide doors, a threshold-free shower and the location on the ground floor of the "Alte Sägerei" have been placed great emphasis on accessibility both in the apartment and outside. A cozy wooden terrace invites you to linger in the outdoor area.

The bright 60 m² apartment has 2 bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower. In one bedroom there is a double bed and in the 2nd bedroom there are 2 single beds. In the living area there is a seating area with sofa bed and TV. The kitchen includes a stove with oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. There is a small roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view. A parking space is available.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.
