Monthly Rentals in Eckertalsperre

We have 2 next during spent a getaway here during Easter week and were absolutely delighted with the place. The apartment is very modern and tastefully decorated and offers everything you need for a short stay. It is in a great location near the Okertalsperre to take beautiful hikes in the Upper Harz. We especially appreciated the tranquility in the morning and evening on the balcony, the well equipped kitchen and the beautiful view. We would come back and definitely recommend the place.

We were able to spend a few days in Sabine and Carsten's apartment and had a great time. Everything was as described. Check-in is uncomplicated and the contact is always friendly and informative. While my husband worked during the day, I was able to explore the area with my 2-year-old daughter. Everything is in walking distance. We used the small kitchen for a shared breakfast. Everything you need is here. In the evening we mostly went to one of the surrounding restaurants or ordered pizza. We only visited the pool once because the water was too cold for us to splash.

The place was very clean and nicely decorated. My dog and I were greeted friendly even when arriving late due to a traffic jam. The path to the apartment for through the hosts' house via a quite steep staircase up. No problem for me, my dog had a hard time walking these stairs. Otherwise highly recommended! Value for money is right!
