Guest apartment in the countryside on the outskirts of Weimar

The bright and cozy apartment is located in a large garden in the district of Taubach, idyllically located on the Ilm, 5 km from the city center in Weimar. A separate entrance leads to the kitchen-living room, a large living/sleeping room and the bathroom. A sliding door can be closed to the kitchen-living room. The garden can be fully used. Various seats invite you to relax. There are two beautiful bike paths to Weimar as well as an hourly bus connection.

The property is located in the heart of Erfurt. Located directly behind the town hall on the water. It is a very quiet but very central, high-quality furnished and renovated accommodation. It is only 200 m to the tram at the fish market. Everything your heart desires is in the immediate vicinity. The amenities are of high quality! A beautiful terrace completes the whole thing. The listed and traffic-calmed city center offers no or paid parking.

Located a few minutes from the old town, the apartment is ideal for a city stay. The centre of the Thuringian state capital can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a listed house from the beginnings of German Classical Modernism (BAUHAUS period). It is conveniently set up. The price includes the accommodation tax of the city of ERFURT in the amount of 5% of the accommodation costs.

The apartment is located in the attic (without air conditioning) of an apartment building. Your 4-legged friends are also very welcome with us. A parking space on the enclosed property is included. Cozy accommodation on the 2nd floor, perfect for visits to Erfurt. By tram directly in front of the door you are in 10 minutes at the main station. The car can be parked safely at my place on the property. Numerous shopping opportunities are within walking distance in the area. For check-in, I usually greet everyone in person, but if that doesn't work out, I also have a lockbox for a flexible arrival.

In the north of Erfurt, in a very quiet garden about 15 minutes from the city center, lies this small and very cozy oasis. Excellent transport links, tram stop at 150 meters away and 2 km to the highway. Here you can relax and unwind from the stress of everyday life.
