Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking and 3kw EV socket

Renovated apartment with mountain views

L'Ancre des Montagnes is a villa on the heights of Saint-Pierre d'Albigny, between Chambéry and Albertville, anchored at the foot of the Arclusaz. It was designed by mountain & sea lovers. Some nods to this mix can be found in its architecture. In 2022, a renovation of the villa was carried out to create 3 modern and warm apartments. This 35 m2 apartment accommodates 1–4 people, has a balcony (13 m2) with a beautiful view of the mountains & pool access

Single-story house

Newly renovated old barn as a dwelling house. Located in the heart of the Bauges, in the regional natural park of the Bauges massif, ideal for nature lovers. Many hiking trails are possible nearby. 40 min from Chambéry, Albertville and Annecy and 14 km from the toll of Saint Pierre d 'Albigny. The house includes 1 master suite, a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, 1 toilet, kitchen open to living room. The grounds are not fenced.

The studio I am offering is located at the rear of the main house. Independent entrance and a key box awaits you for perfect autonomy. We provide accommodation located on the ground floor of our house in the hamlet "Gratteloup" in the municipality of Ecole. The place is quiet, in the middle of the Massif des Bauges (Savoy), a Unesco world heritage site. You will find 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room with 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed. You can also enjoy our garden with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
