Location is close enough to walk to most of the popular spots but also in a quiet location at night . Hotel standard with lovely helpful reception staff without the costly price tag. My multi-generational family, from to 2 to 70, enjoyed our stay very much. The place was modern, clean, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful with our luggage during check-in, transport ideas and a quick fix of the Wi-Fi. The location can’t be beat - charming, vibrant and everything within reach!

What a great deal in a quiet neighbourhood with cafes, loved that it was about a 10 min car ride from old quarter (as roads there are closed over the public holiday and weekend). Phuong’s place is lovely with working AC and hot water, and host was really proactive checking in on us constantly. Just make sure to inform if you need help with luggage as the apartment is on the 5th floor (free cardio!)

The style and surrounding environment of this French villa are very popular, there are art categories and lifestyle, most importantly, the host is a very good service. The host is a very good beauty, she helped me solve a lot of problems, introduce a lot of nice and fun local delicious food, and she was lucky to meet her on this trip.

The team managing this accommodation is very professional, courteous and responsive. They also provided assistance in booking taxis for pickup and dropoffs and other domestic travel, and dealt with my requests patiently. The accommodation itself is clean and tidy and located at a quiet place, yet close to the city. We could arrange cleaning promptly when required. There is also space to park rented two-wheelers, which was safe and convenient. The kitchenette, microwave etc are helpful, which you would not get if you stay in a hotel. The availability of lift is a bonus in case the guests are not able to take stairs, which was super-convenient for the elderly guests in my group. Very few other places have this faciilty. On-site washer and dryer make it convenient to wash and dry clothes in a short duration, means you can pack light yet have access to clean clothes everyday. Overall this accommodation is a great place to live like a local!

Perfect stay! The apartment was spotless, quiet, and exactly as described. The building is in a secure residence, which made us feel very safe. The location was great, and the host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

I was lucky to stay here as my first time in Hanoi. This place is charming, its wooden, with nice lightning and spacious. It gives a very comfortable and grounded feeling. I also felt safe, knowing there is always security and having the cleaner renew water/towels was nice too. Location is the best, close to the centre but hidden in this half island 10 minutes away by walk. It has a beautiful lake and nice cafes for peaceful moment (before starting your chaotic touristy day). Pho - right in front of the building till 2 pm, i was having it almost everyday as it was one of the best I've tried (locals mostly). I would definitely come back and stay here! thanks :)

Location was good but read till the end, ways to access by car or motorcycle are closed during some hours daytime due to restaurants on streets. Accommodation has all necessary items you need and as well kitchen. Is near a shisha Bar and you can feels the smoke from there, located in a second floor quiet but no sunlight touches it. Guard at the entrance very friendly and building safe, you can hear the noise from street and what impacted is terribly was the quite giant cockroaches once we entered, we tough was one but stayed there 3 days and saw another coming from siphon out and last day a pretty enormous one dead right next to the bed which means they could walk above you while sleeping.

Nice apartment in a great location. Close to lots of great restaurants and cafes. Very walkable to train street and Old Quarter. Apartment was clean and as pictured in the photos. Loved that there was a refrigerator and washing machine in the unit. The apartment is perfect for solo travelers. Would highly recommend!
