On 90 m², the apartment offers two bedrooms with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed, a separate sleeping area with a single bed & a sofa bed in the living area. A separate work area with daylight lamp is available. An open kitchen with a spacious dining area invites you to cook & cozy get-together.

Beautifully located apartment right on the water. Our lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a half-timbered house in Guxhagen, which was renovated in 2017. The house has a plot on the Fulda with a jetty, which is located opposite the house, on the other side of the R1 cycle path. Before the construction of the Fulda bridge, our house was the old ferry house of Guxhagen. Boats and bikes are available to our guests.

The apartment is located in the attic and is about 70 square meters. One double bedroom, one living room with small sofa bed and balcony, one kitchen with electrical appliances, one large bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a bus stop right outside the front door and the S-Bahn stop is about a 10-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity are beverage markets/supermarket and a pizzeria.

The apartment is centrally located, yet quiet. All shops serving everyday needs as well as the bus stop are a few minutes' walk away. With line 500 you are in Kassel or Bad Wildungen in 20 minutes. October 29, so far I have had five-star reviews without exception, through a review I am now under five….. The guest did not follow the rules, I reported this, and then I received the bad rating.
