The close proximity to the park is really nice and it has something for everyone including a dog park if you were to bring a furry friend. If you're comfortable with walking around random towns like myself then it was an easy stroll to the Mills and would be the same approximate distance to the downtown area (~1.1 miles). And the space was perfect for two people with easy access.

Roy & Yohana's place was great. It was exactly what we needed. The kitchen and living areas downstairs are physically separated from the sleeping areas upstairs. This makes the place feel bigger and more amenable to some guests sleeping while others are dining or watching television. It was very easy to get to both downtown and the major commercial areas. The hosts were very responsive and super kind, the reached out when we left an important personal item behind and made sure we were able to retrieve.

This location was incredibly peaceful. The coffee station was very cute and I loved how easy it was to make a coffee half awake. It was nice to be able to bring the furry babies and we made sure to cover the couches with blankets so as not to leave any pet fur. Robin was the best host I think we have had and she was incredibly responsive, especially making check-in and out very simple. I will say there is a very sweet dog who stays outside next door and a black German Shepherd who might pop up every once in a while. We were not warned about this and I'm not sure Robin knew. This was a shock but fortunately we did not have our dogs out to meet them. This is a great location and we will be back!

David was the best host! Always helpful and very responsive! The house is cozy, you feel right at home as soon as you step in the door. Hot water seems to last forever and the beds are so comfy. Everything you need to cook with is in the kitchen and the dining room table is also big enough for a full family. Each room has a tv, so we were all able to unwind after work watching what we wanted to. We will definitely be back if work send is this direction again.

This house is a true cozy retreat, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Spacious and stylish interiors, thoughtful details — it has everything for a perfect getaway. The host is very responsive and attentive, always available and ready to assist with any issue. I’m impressed by how quickly they address any requests. Highly recommend this place for a stay!

Dorothy is a wonderful hostess, very attentive and accommodating. The rental house is cozy and has everything you need. There is plenty of space and access and parking is easy. Best of both worlds because there are plenty of restaurants and shops just 15 minutes away in Rocky Mount, the location is in a quiet country setting.
