Our forest cottage is beautifully located on the edge of the Veluwe forest. Both hiking and cycling and equestrian trails are within immediate reach. The cottage is simple and sustainable. It is suitable for a couple possibly with children (one bedroom with double bed and bunk bed). There is internet, TV, refrigerator, oven, etc. Heating with a heat pump, a green roof, electricity via solar panels, clay floor and walls. Your dog can walk freely on a fenced property of 6,000 meters. You can bring your horse.

A Delicious Place

Apartment "a lovely spot" has a wood-burning stove as the main heating. So in the cold, you have to stoke it. Breakfast in the morning sun. The fridge is richly filled for breakfast, the sandwiches are served in the morning at the desired time. You sleep on the upper floor, which can be reached via a narrow spiral staircase. Perfect location for walks and bike rides through forests and nature reserves. Or a visit to the beautiful Hanseatic cities. Good restaurant, close by and in the village.

Hoeve Nooitgedacht

The detached B&B of Hoeve Nooitgedacht is no less than 100m2 and is located - hidden in the greenery - next to our old farm. The cozy village of Eerbeek and the Veluwezoom National Park are very close. Here you can enjoy eating, shopping, hiking, biking and horseback riding or other fun things. Hanseatic cities Zutphen (10 km), Doesburg (11 km) and Deventer (20 km) are worth a visit. On two sides, the cottage has a private outdoor terrace with a fenced garden, for lounging or eating outside.

Boshuisje Soeria is a creative breeding ground in the forest. For writers, musicians or just for anyone who wants to recharge (at a real water source). Soeria is located on the outskirts of the Veluwe forests and forest park De Jutberg. From our sofa or terrace, you can spot wildlife. Deer and squirrels regularly scurry around the cottage. And if you're lucky, you'll hear the ravens or owls. The cottage has a pellet stove, so you can make it nice and warm during colder days (winter months).

Maja's Hideaway is set deep in our large private forest. Handmade out of many reclaimed materials by Jaap, and personally designed to blend into the glorious high trees by Lucinda, with 10.5m metres of glass so you can watch the animals pass by from the sofa. The terrace is a morning sun trap for a great yoga and meditation session followed by breakfast to the birdsong chorus. Perfect for a couple (plus baby in cot) or 2 friends. Relax completely in an attractive guest house. The well-maintained guest house is located on a spacious enclosed property in the outskirts between Loenen and Klarenbeek. A loyal visitor to our property is the badger that lives in this region. Furthermore, you regularly see squirrels in the garden. The place is quiet and has a lot of privacy. Beautiful authentic property built in 1895 in the center of Apeldoorn. Shops, restaurants, market and the station are all within walking distance. The fully furnished studio has a sleeping and living area and a luxurious bathroom with rain shower and bathtub. The sleeping area has a double bed (180x200), which can easily be made into two single beds. The living area has a separate dining area in the conservatory next to a cozy sitting area.
