Come spend some time admiring a unique and wild part of the Black Sea seaside. Feel the breeze in your hair while biking through the golden fields, on the tall shores and come back to rest in our green and welcoming garden. Our cozy seaside home can accomodate 4 or 5 adults (or 4 adults+3 children) in 2 bedrooms+bathrooms. All the appliances at the guests' disposal.

The villa is ideal for a family holiday. The whole space is available for the guests. It is located in a very peaceful residential area, 5 minutes walk from the city centre. The marble terrace and garden are situated in the backyard, with acces both from the living room, as well as from the ping pong room. The ground floor consists of generous living and dining area, as for the sleeping area, the bedrooms with one fully equipped bathroom are place on the first floor.

Rooms very comfortable beds,and silence area in nature.also can barbecue every day. On the floor we have 3 rooms,with terace and a bathroom.Every room is confortable,one is red colour,vintage,second have a queen bed,and 3th have a queen bed. Down we have kitchen. We have also in yard a special area for barbecue,like a covered terace,with light,music,and grill. We stay separted,on the ground floor.

Se afla pozitionata la 5 minute de plaja, pe o strada paralela cu promenada nou renovata din Ef Sud unde va puteti plimba seara in liniste sa admirati marea si sa stati poate la o terasa.

You'll have the entire first floor apartment of a villa with beautiful garden. You’ll love my place because of the quiet ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). I strongly recommend to come by car.
