There is room for everyone around the long table, and in the living rooms for a piano lesson or unwind with a good book in front of the fireplace. We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. Built in 2018, the house is of high standard. On the first floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms, all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside, there is a large terrace with lots of living space, different seating groups, jacuzzi and fireplaces, and nice views!

15-20min walk to Sandnes city center. Bus stop, shop, playgrounds, skatebowl, sand volleyball and swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. Good hiking areas in Melsheia or summit trip to Vedafjell within 30 minutes. Nice garden with barbeque area and terrace by garden pond. Bowling alley, gym, shopping street and shopping opportunities within 2 km. Electric car chargers (2.4kW and 7.2kW) can be used as agreed. Additional costs included. Only stay of paying guests in the apartment is allowed.

Benedikte house on architect-designed Svindland farm

The Benedikte house is about 10 min drive from Egersund city center and about 5 min from E39. We have attempted to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one to stay in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the outskirts of the courtyard of the Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and idyll. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock that runs freely. The house is very modern and well-equipped.

Stolpabua - A pearl on the Jærk Coast

Welcome to Stolpabua! Here you live in a rural setting just by the sea and the beautiful Jærskusten. We have spent the winter of 2021 renovating the old cottage that has been standing here on the farm since 1936. Now we hope our guests will thrive here at Brekkekanten as well as we do. We have five bedrooms and a sofa bed that allows 10 people to stay here. In addition, you can borrow a crib and other necessary equipment for small children.
