This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

Welcome to beautiful Ocean City NJ. Enjoy this studio apartment inside the Hanscom Hotel located only a block away from the beach. This affordable unit sleeps 2 guests comfortably with a full size couch with a pull out queen size bed which helps with maximizing the space and makes the unit more comfortable. The unit has a kitchenette, mini refrigerator and microwave. The unit also has a smart tv with cable and WIFI. Laundry and vending machines are on the premises. Two beach tags are included.

Beach tags, chairs, sand toys, and towels provided for summer. Housebroken dogs are welcome to come with you. We have a fully fenced backyard.

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!
