On the ground floor, the house has a kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and separate toilet, as well as a double bedroom. On the 1st floor, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, as well as a toilet. On the mezzanine, you will find a second living room and an office area.

A few kilometres from Toucy and its market, but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the castle of St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more.
