Die Wohnung hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung (die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür und in 10 Minuten erreichst Du das große Einkaufszentrum und die U-Bahn). Diverse Einzelhandelsgeschäfte (Bäckerei, Kiosk und verschiedene Supermärkte) sind in der Nähe zu finden. Dazu sind Parks und ein sehr großes Naturschutzgebiet fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert. Sie ist sonnig und angenehm ruhig. Ein Außenrollo dunkelt den Schlafbereich komplett ab.

Die Wohnung liegt im ländlichen Hamburg Ochsenwerder in einem 100 jährigen Einfamilienhaus. In 200 m Entfernung fährt der Bus in ca.31 min in die City (auch nachts). Eure Gastgeber haben einen Teenager Sohn und wohnen über Euch. Die Einrichtung wurde im shabby chic Look gestaltet, es wurden zum Beispiel Treibhölzer aus der Elbe als Regale verwendet. Die Elbe ist 400 Meter entfernt. Deckenhöhe in der gesamten Wohnung ist 2,10 Meter!!! Radfahrer willkommen.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

If you want to anchor with us, you can see into the distance, on the upper floor is your home and 2 people fit in there. The apartment was newly built in 2017 and is located in Hamburg's green lung for the Vier- und Marschlanden. The approx. 30 sqm apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need, as well as your own parking space in our yard and a cozy garden corner with the possibility of grilling and lingering is available .

We are happy to welcome you to our annex of our detached house in the green oasis of Hamburg. You will stay wonderfully quietly and greenly and are still in 30 minutes by bike or bus in the city of Hamburg. Everything you need for a few days on site will be provided to you by us. Private, lockable parking is available.
