The house is 150 years old and recently completely renovated with a delicious mix of old charm and modern design. A peaceful place, with the river and nature just outside the living window, at the same time within 10 minutes walking distance to Eigersund city centre and 20 min to the train station. There is plenty of space in the living room for more than 5 guests and upon request and an addition to the price, two rooms +bathrooms in the basement can be disposed so that there will be 10 beds. Some details of the home remain once the photos were taken, but will be completed before hosting.

There is room for everyone around the long table, and in the living rooms for a piano lesson or unwind with a good book in front of the fireplace. From Skjelbred you drive inland by boat into Egersund city center or a few minutes out the Norda strait towards Eigerøy lighthouse and a bustling fish life.
